Scroll down through the Frequently Asked Questions to learn more  about the Second Republic Project . If you need further assistance, at the  bottom of the page you will be directed to  the Contact Us Page.

Q: Why do you use the phrase Second Republic Project (SRP)? –

A: In the last millennium, the United States of America was the first grand experiment in popular governance.
The Second Republic is a second grand experiment involving the peoples of all nations. In scale therefore, it is the larger than the first experiment, and it is also the antithesis of the planning being done for the New World Order.

Q: Is this Project for concerned people in every nation?

A: Yes, with the proviso that the people agree with the Second Republic’s Mission Statement. Our assumption is that men and women of goodwill everywhere, harboring no ambitions to plunder others, will gladly accept the Principle of Unalienable Rights.

Q: What makes this Project different from the groups like the Tea Party in the USA?

A: The Second Republic citizens associated with this Project remain invisible until they have the majority they need to win a conventional election in their own country.

Q: How does the Second Republic identify me?

A: By the IP address of your computer, unless of course you voluntarily give us your particulars.

Q: Do I have to use my name to apply for Citizenship?

A: No, you may use an alias but should you seek SRP election in your country, you will obviously have to return to using your name before standing for office.

Q: How do I know that my opinion will be heard?

A: New, sophisticated software mirroring the functions of a Legislature or Parliament is under construction. If you have an original submission or an original comment on someone else’s submission, the software is designed to ensure your submission is heard.

Q: How are leaders chosen? –

A: See White Papers > Electoral Machinery (pages 11 thru 13) for complete answer.

Q: Why does the Second Republic use the internet instead of registering as a political party? –

A: To participate in the party system requires a great deal of money which will never be made available, if it is already known that the Second Republic would field candidates that propose radical Monetary Reform. Even sympathizers would refrain from supporting a fringe party that is sure to lose. On the other hand, building a popular grass roots movement on the internet is cost effective and the anonymity feature insulates the individual and the Project until it is ready to present itself publicly with a majority.

Q: What is a steward and what is their role? –

A: Stewards ensure that the Mission Statement and the Principle of Unalienable Rights are never abandoned in the Internet Chamber.

Q: Why is there such a heavy emphasis on Monetary Policy? –

A: To live and prosper, your nation requires the exchange of goods and services everyday. A just and efficient money system eliminates inflation, excludes financial parasites, and stimulates the real economy to produce what people need to live. Without a just money system we have by deduction an unjust money system which allows financial parasites to profit from the labor of all those who are in the real economy. Q: Who is paying for this Project?

A: You are!  Founders are contributing $1 a month or more to PayPal account info@secondrepublicproject.com and encouraging neighbors and friends to become Founders and do likewise.

Q: How does the Second Republic propose to defend itself against people who infiltrate in order to cause mischief?

A: Time is on our side. Individuals reveal their motives by what they advocate (“Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh”).   Individuals who advocate policies that in the opinion of their peers dismantle the Mission Statement and the Principle of Unalienable Rights will be excused from Second Republic citizenship.

Q: Why is the Electoral Machinery Software so important?

A: It is not possible to build a workable Platform in advance of a visible political future, without first providing a sophisticated Internet Chamber that mirrors Parliament or Legislature. In addition, for the politically motivated individual, there has to be a means of election where there is no favoritism or unfair bias. A candidate is a person with a voice and ideas, and his style and wisdom in communicating are his recommendation.

Q: Is this just another protest movement?

A: No — the Second Republic Movement does not protest. It may offer destructive criticism to establishment practices, but only when constructive policies can advance over the wreckage.

Q: Why does the SRP use the phrase “Build from the Bottom up”?

A: Most serious efforts to change things start at the top of society and are propelled forward with lots of money. Unlike the visible political system, the Internet has prompted the SRP to develop the Software / Programming which will permit every citizen to have his say. In this way the Platform for a national SR Party is developed and refined at what has to be the “grass roots” level. Presenting it then, in a national election, means that there is no doubt of its passage provided the SRP citizens are the majority among the electors.

Q: What is the SRP doing for leaders prior to the completion of the Electoral
Machinery?

A: Adrian Salbuchi is an experienced leader. As Founders declare themselves, national interim leaders are sure to surface. They are easy to identify. They volunteer and then they act and report.

Q: What is the difference between Citizens and Founders?

A: Prior to the completion of the Electoral Machinery Programming, everyone who commits himself to the Mission Statement and contributes a $1 a month or more to the PayPal account at info@secondrepublicproject.com is a Founder.  Following the launch of the Software, the Founders list will be capped and they will be gratefully acknowledged as The Founders of the Second Republic Project. The future will then belong to Citizens and their elected Representatives.
Q: Does one have to support this Project financially to be a Founder? –

A: No, aside from the One-Dollar-a-Month commitment.

Q: Why does the SRP state the financial commitment can be as low as a $1 a
month? –

A: The $1 figure is offered in order to illustrate three things: (1) that the Project is for everyone and no one need feel excluded because of lack of means. (2) that everyone who has the financial means can determine the Project’s value for themselves and can adjust the  scale of  their giving according to published financial statements. (3) that the appeal of the SRP is universal; we are confident that eventually millions will be citizens and there will be surpluses.

Q: Will the SRP publish financial statements?

A: Yes we will – as soon as we have an accountant and the Websites are equipped with a Secure Login feature.

Q: How will national persons establish a new Second Republic Project in their own country?

A: The master website is at www.secondrepublicproject.com.    The leaders must of course already be Founders and have signaled their intention to the Stewards. A new website will be created based upon agreed timing for translation of the website which is a national responsibility.  The webmaster will mount the translated documents or subtitled YouTubes one by one. When all is completed, the site will be made active.  Financial support will be generously apportioned to the maintenance of national program from the contributions of the nationals.
